While users are able to view a record of their Gem Store purchases through the in-game panel's "History" tab, this interface only records the 30 most recent purchases.
If you require details about a purchase that is not listed in your Gem Store History, please submit a support ticket.
Missing Living World Purchase History
As of October 13th 2026, Living World Seasons are now included with their associated Guild Wars 2 expansions.
Because of this change, records for Living World Episode or Season purchases may not be properly reflected in the Gem Store History tab. Please submit a ticket if you require information on the date of your Living World purchase.
