The August 11th, 2026 patch includes an update to the interface for various Black Lion Vouchers (Black Lion Outfit Voucher, Glider Voucher, etc.) that removes any items which a user already owns from the list to prevent players from accidentally purchasing duplicates of items they already own.
However, we are aware of an issue that causes players who have already unlocked all items from the voucher to have their voucher consumed when previewing the options that would be available.
As a temporary measure to avoid this issue, we encourage you to check the items available from the voucher on its wiki page instead, and to only attempt to use the voucher if there are still items available from it which you have not already unlocked on your account.
If you have accidentally consumed your voucher in this way, please submit a ticket and we will restore it for you.
