The August 11th, 2026 patch includes an update to the interface for "Black Lion Outfit Vouchers" that removes any items which a user already owns from the list to prevent players from accidentally purchasing duplicates of items they already own.
However, we are aware of an issue that causes players who have already unlocked all items from the voucher to have their voucher consumed when previewing the options that would be available.
As a temporary measure to avoid this issue, we encourage you to check the items available from the Black Lion Outfit Voucher on its wiki page instead, and to only attempt to use the voucher if there are still items available from it which you have not already unlocked on your account.
