If you are receiving the following error message when attempting to reset your account password, it’s possible that you may be entering an invalid password or one which was previously used on your account:
Password reset links are valid for only 24 hours. You will need to submit a new request to reset your password.
Try resetting your account password and entering a new/never-before-used password. Entering a new password and clicking the RESET PASSWORD button will no longer generate this error.
