Our team is aware of an issue that is causing some users to receive a 403 error when attempting to access the Guild Wars 2 wiki.
If this happens, please try the following:
- Attempt to access the wiki from a different browser or another device.
- If you are able to access the wiki without the error intermittently, please create an account and login. We give priority access to users who are logged in, so this may help to bypass the error.
If neither of the above solutions work, please submit a support ticket so that we can investigate further, and include the following information:
- Your public IP address
- Approximate date and time that the error began occurring
- Examples of pages you cannot access (if not ALL pages)
- Whether or not you use a VPN when accessing the wiki
- Your wiki account name/email (if you have one)
If you are experiencing an error other than error 403, please submit a screenshot or description of the issue in addition to the details above.
