We are aware of an issue that is causing users to receive an error when trying to login to the account management and support sites with Steam accounts.
If you are experiencing this error and need assistance, please send an email directly to support@arena.net.
When sending a request via email, please include a description of your issue and provide as much of the following information as possible to verify your account:
- Steam ID (Instructions below)
- Guild Wars 2 Display Name (Name.1234)
- Character Name
To locate your Steam ID, please open Steam and click your username in the top right of the client and select "Account Details." You will then see your Steam ID displayed underneath your account name.
