Due to the launch of Guild Wars Reforged we've seen a large increase in the number of incoming support requests. The volume of tickets is impacting our ability to respond as quickly as we would normally prefer, but rest assured we are working to respond to tickets as quickly as we can in the order we receive them.
As always, please make sure you are only submitting a single ticket for your request. If you have additional information to add to your inquiry, please update the existing ticket rather than opening a new one.
Please note that we have been made aware of an issue which may result in tickets being sorted into the wrong game category for the inquiry (Guild Wars Reforged or Guild Wars 2). If you do not see your ticket in the "My Tickets" section of our support site, check both the Guild Wars Reforged AND Guild Wars 2 support sections to see if you can locate your ticket. Regardless of which game it is categorized under, if you can locate your ticket here you can rest assured it HAS been submitted and we will address your request as soon as we are able. We will also work to resolve the issue with how tickets are being sorted as soon as we can.
