For users playing Guild Wars 2 or Heart of Thorns on a 32-bit operating system, the shared memory requirements may exceed the capabilities of the computer's hardware. Please note that Path of Fire users will only be able to run the game on a 64-bit operating system.
Graphics Settings
- While on the character screen, open the Options menu. The default keybind is F11.
- Click the second tab (Graphics Options).
- Find the Advanced Settings section.
- Settings Preset setting to Best Performance.
- Exit and restart the client.
Content Streaming Settings
- While on the character screen, open the Options menu. The default keybind is F11.
- Make sure you are on the first tab (General Options).
- Find the Streaming section.
- Set the Content Streaming setting to On Demand.
- Exit and restart the client.
