We are aware of an issue with the Feast of Delectable Birthday Cake where it is no longer possible to override either itself, or the Malnourished effect, only allowing reapplication every 35 minutes.
While we are looking into the issue, in order to gain the Nourishment buff, players need to wait until the Malnourished debuff wears off before consuming the Feast of Delectable Birthday Cake.
